3. DATA COLLECTED.
Simply by visiting and browsing the CERTIFIX website, data such as the IP address, operating system, type of device, etc., may be collected. This data does not allow the identification of the User unless additional information is provided by other means. User Registration
Notwithstanding the above, some CERTIFIX services require user registration, in which case you will have to follow a user registration process that you can complete using your Google or Facebook user profile, or manually.

If you complete the user registration process using your Google or Facebook profile, CERTIFIX will only have access to identifying data, such as your name, email address, and profile picture. If you manually register on the website, we will ask you for the following data:

Your vehicle's license plate

Once you have registered on the website, we will send you an email to the address provided, asking you to specify whether you are a professional or an individual.

In addition, once you have registered, you will be able to access your user account on the CERTIFIX website. Within it, in the 'Account' section of the left menu, you will be able to complete your personal data with the following data necessary for billing:

Payment for services
When you pay for services, CERTIFIX has access to payment details such as the debit or credit card number.

Contact form Write us your questions
On the website, you will also find a contact form -without the need for registration-: the data collected through it will be the identifying data necessary to process and respond to your inquiry or request: Name, Phone, Email, and the information you wish to include in the body of the message.

Contact form Complaints and Claims
You will also find on the website a contact form through which to send us complaints and claims. The personal data collected through this form are the identifying data necessary to process and respond to your complaint or claim: Name, Phone, Email, company, address, and data related to the related conformity report, as well as the information you wish to include in the body of the message.

To send this form, you must first accept the Privacy Policy.

Subscribe form
Through this form, you can subscribe to the CERTIFIX newsletter. For this, we will ask you for the following personal data: email address, name, and surname.

You can select to receive a newsletter related to 4x4, tourism, Camper, or industrial.

4. TRUTHFULNESS, ACCURACY AND COMPLETENESS OF THE DATA.
The User guarantees that the personal data provided during the use of the website are truthful, accurate, complete, and up to date, being responsible for any damage or harm, direct or indirect, that could be caused as a result of the breach of this obligation.

The User is obliged to immediately communicate to CERTIFIX any modification of their personal data that is relevant so that the information is always up to date and does not contain errors.

Accordingly, CERTIFIX will not be responsible if:

Users are not of legal age and/or do not have the legal capacity to contract the Services offered on the website.
CERTIFIX has received personal data and/or private information from an adult person, who is not the same as the one using the website, without the latter having obtained the consent of said third person to communicate their personal data to us.
Due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as the fact that erroneous, incomplete, and/or fraudulent information has been provided to us by the User.

5. PURPOSES.
The purposes of the collection and processing of this personal data through the website are as follows:

User registration: provide CERTIFIX's own services, maintain communications related to the provision of services, and issue and send the corresponding invoices.

Contact forms and Complaints and Claims: Respond to contact requests from website users, resolve doubts and/or provide the required information, resolve complaints and/or claims, and follow up on requests.

Subscribe form: Periodically send the newsletter or other informative or commercial communications to those users who subscribe.

6. LEGAL BASIS.

9. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES.

CERTIFIX will respond to requests within a maximum period of one month from the receipt of your request. This period may be extended if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests, in which case CERTIFIX will inform the interested party of the extension within the first month from the request.

The User may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) on data protection matters, especially when they have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of their rights.

10. CLAIMS.
En caso de disconformidad con el servicio prestado por Ensayos y Certificaciones XXI S.L. (FIXLAB) puede presentar una reclamación a través de la página web www.certifix.es rellenando el formulario dispuesto a tal fin, por email, en fixlab@fixlab.es, personalmente en nuestras instalaciones o por correo postal. Cuando la reclamación se solicite por algún medio alternativo a la web se le enviará el formulario de reclamación que deberá cubrir y adjuntar a su reclamación. Certifix le informará de la correcta recepción de la reclamación, estado de tramitación de la misma, así como el resultado y las medidas tomadas al respecto.

11. IMPARTIALITY.
Certifix has a strict procedure in place to ensure the impartiality of the inspections carried out. In the event that during the course of the inspection impartiality may be compromised in any way, Certifix reserves the right to discontinue the inspection and refer the customer to another competent authority.
