(FIXLAB) puede presentar una reclamación a través de la página web www.certifix.es rellenando el formulario dispuesto a tal fin, por email, en fixlab@fixlab.es, personalmente en nuestras instalaciones o por correo postal. Cuando la reclamación se solicite por algún medio alternativo a la web se le enviará el formulario de reclamación que deberá cubrir y adjuntar a su reclamación.
